本機組由擠出機、冷卻水箱、五輥牽引機、空氣循環(huán)加熱烘箱、五輥牽引成型機、臥式收卷機、電控箱七大部件組成。

特點：

　　1、采用混煉型高強度合金鋼螺桿、具有塑化性能好，擠出量均勻，耐腐蝕、耐磨損等優(yōu)點。

　　2、新穎模頭結構，濾網更換方便，耐熱合金噴絲板，噴絲尺寸統(tǒng)一。

　　3、五輥牽引機設置聯(lián)動裝置，實現(xiàn)速度同步調節(jié)。

　　4、冷、熱水箱由不銹鋼板制作，*生銹。

　　5、臥式收卷機由力矩電機實現(xiàn)單絲收卷。收卷平穩(wěn)噪聲低、節(jié)能、可靠性好。

Use and composition:

This unit is our reference of foreign advanced equipment, combined with decades of experience in plastics for the production of upgrading and development of products, is for the production of PP ropes, also known as flax rope, South Korea hemp rope, high strength, wear resistance, suitable aerial, coastal ports, aquaculture, marine work high intensity round wire, and forming a flat wire of the ideal equipment for the second time.

This unit by the extruder, die, cooling water tank thermal oven, five, five roller drawing machine, roll forming machine for traction, the horizontal reeling machine, electric control box composed of eight parts.

Features:

1, The use of mixed iron - smelting high strength alloy steel screw, good plasticizing properties, output even, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and so on.
