熱壓機成型模具一般溫度會比較高，油加熱器就是通過電加熱導(dǎo)熱油，然后利用油泵把導(dǎo)熱油打到模具的管路里面，從而構(gòu)成循環(huán)，經(jīng)過一段時間把模具溫度加熱上去的機器。
車部件熱壓成型溫度控制機，汽車零部件液壓成型油加熱器，汽車部件地毯、頂棚熱壓成型模具用導(dǎo)熱油電加熱系統(tǒng)，汽車內(nèi)飾系統(tǒng)熱壓、液壓成型高溫油循環(huán)模溫機。

油循環(huán)溫度控制機是控溫范圍大，熱確定性好，但需發(fā)媒介成本，有油污，熱傳導(dǎo)效率不如水溫機，我們研制的機型，采用進口的板式熱交換器，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，升降溫速度快，控溫精確的優(yōu)點。我公司的油溫機溫控可達300℃
