雙工位立體紙盒機(jī)通過(guò)沖壓將紙張直接立體成形，不僅可以盛裝固體或液體食品，而且還減去了傳統(tǒng)糊盒機(jī)加工的餐盒需將其撐開的動(dòng)作，大大縮短食品的裝盒時(shí)間，滿足環(huán)保、衛(wèi)生、密封及快速流轉(zhuǎn)等快餐食品對(duì)于包裝盒的要求。整機(jī)符合“CE”認(rèn)證，還具備傳送精確穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)效率高、占地面積小等特點(diǎn)。

在同一機(jī)器上，只需更換模具就能制造不同規(guī)格的餐盒、薯?xiàng)l盒、立體盒、漢堡盒等產(chǎn)品。

本機(jī)器采用水基膠上膠裝置，能達(dá)到高效率，準(zhǔn)確性。水基膠是水溶性粘膠劑為食品級(jí)使用膠水。大部分采用高質(zhì)量密封軸承，（防止灰塵、液體進(jìn)入影響軸承壽命）壽命長(zhǎng)，穩(wěn)定性好。全部采用高質(zhì)量的同步帶帶動(dòng)，使機(jī)器運(yùn)行過(guò)程中幾乎。主模具采用松木材料，更換模具具有高效率。能自動(dòng)收集堆積清點(diǎn)完成品。根據(jù)客戶需求加配清點(diǎn)計(jì)算器。機(jī)器采用PLC智能控制系統(tǒng)，在卡紙沒有紙的狀態(tài)下自動(dòng)停機(jī)?？煞乐乖谏a(chǎn)過(guò)程中工人接觸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)造成不必要的傷害。
