整機 C450 全自動噴碼機配備法國依瑪士 9040 噴碼頭，采用機器人自動上下料及 7軸運動控制驅(qū)動噴碼頭完成各種噴印，包括 1D，2D，字符，數(shù)字等，具有噴印面積廣，效率高，清晰度高等優(yōu)點，產(chǎn)品用噴碼機標識后具有良好的可追溯性，提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理及產(chǎn)品的區(qū)域管理。
 

1、產(chǎn)品用途  Applications

◆該設(shè)備是一種通過軟件控制，使用非接觸方式在產(chǎn)品上用條碼或字符標識。產(chǎn)品用噴碼機標識后具有良好的可追溯性，提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理及產(chǎn)品的區(qū)域管理。
This equipment is to identify with bar codes or characters on products in a non-contact manner by software control. Products identified by the ink-jet printing machine have good traceability and can improve company quality management and product region management.

2、 電子和軟件 Electric and software

◆整機系統(tǒng)采用工控機控制，搭配運動控制卡驅(qū)動各軸運轉(zhuǎn)，噴碼機采用法國依瑪士高精度機型，軟件自主開發(fā)，軟件可二次開發(fā)升級，以化的方案提高設(shè)備性能，運動部分步進均采用進口私服馬達，運動模組采用品牌產(chǎn)品，噴印精度0.01毫米。
This equipment is controlled by industrial computer with motion control card. Home-made software is flexible and can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements. Servo motors for moving parts driving sliding rails and lead screws are all worldwide brands with repeat positioning accuracy of 0.001mm.

Internally built production line PCB SN bar code tracing and collecting system can be selected to instantly integrate PCB SN and flow direction information record in database for quick query of field personnel or Shop Floor system. ◆依各產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能的不同，可用離線式噴印生產(chǎn)并同時支援及追蹤4~6條SMT產(chǎn)線，用*符合RoHS且的耗材成本幫你在導(dǎo)入時就為公司節(jié)約成本。
