本機(jī)包括機(jī)體、傳動(dòng)、工作臺(tái)、電機(jī)等四大部分。主傳動(dòng)為二級(jí)減速，級(jí)為三角皮帶，第二級(jí)為齒輪，其傳動(dòng)部分封閉在護(hù)罩內(nèi)。機(jī)架由槽鋼焊接而成整體，結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定可靠，保證機(jī)器工作過程中運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。本機(jī)有四根工作軸。
對(duì)是分紙軸，裝有四組分紙刀完成分切紙板工作。
第二對(duì)為壓線輪，完成壓線工作四、操縱與調(diào)整
● 開動(dòng)機(jī)器前應(yīng)了解機(jī)器的主要結(jié)構(gòu)與性能，熟悉全部操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的使用。
● 接通電源前檢查電器系統(tǒng)是不是完好，檢查機(jī)器電機(jī)會(huì)不會(huì)漏電?！ ?/span>
● 將機(jī)器各潤(rùn)滑部位注滿潤(rùn)滑油，開動(dòng)機(jī)器空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)5-10分鐘，查看機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)有無不正常的聲音，
如無異常即可開機(jī)進(jìn)行試切紙板?！ ?/span>
● 側(cè)擋板的調(diào)整 側(cè)擋板用于紙板分切時(shí)的橫向定位。安裝調(diào)整時(shí)應(yīng)使側(cè)擋板與分紙軸軸線成90度 角。
● 分紙刀座、壓線模是利用固定螺栓（底部有銅墊）固定在軸上的。將扳手插入松開螺栓即可在軸 上移動(dòng)。

The frame is welded by channel steel, and the structure is stable and reliable to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. This machine has four working shafts.
●The first pair is the paper separating shaft, which is equipped with a four component paper knife to complete the paperboard cutting work.
●The second pair is the pressing wheel to complete the pressing work
●Before starting the machine, you should understａnd the main structure and performance of the machine and be familiar with the use of all operating mechanisms.
●Check whether the electrical system is in good condition and whether the machine motor will leak electricity before connecting the power supply.
●Fill all lubricating parts of the machine with lubricating oil, start the machine to run for 5-10 minutes, and check whether there is abnormal sound during machine operation,
●If there is no abnormality, the machine can be started for trial cutting.
●Adjustment of side baffle: the side baffle is used for transverse positioning of paperboard cutting. When installing and adjusting, make the side baffle and the axis of the paper separating shaft form a 90 degree angle.
●The paper dividing knife base and line pressing die are fixed on the shaft with fixed bolts (copper pad at the bottom). Insert the wrench into the loose bolt to move on the shaft.
