立式攪拌缸用途：

工作原理：

立式攪拌機(jī)的工作是螺桿的快速旋轉(zhuǎn)將原料從桶體底部由中心提升至頂端，再以傘狀飛拋散落，回至底部，這樣原料在桶內(nèi)上下翻滾攪拌，短時(shí)間內(nèi)即可將大量原料均勻的混合完畢。

主要結(jié)構(gòu)：

整機(jī)可分為三大部分:

1.機(jī)架部分:機(jī)器所有工作體全部安裝固定在機(jī)架上，該機(jī)的機(jī)架均采用優(yōu)碳鋼板、槽鋼焊接而成，并通過(guò)了嚴(yán)格的產(chǎn)品合格認(rèn)證和特定的工藝要求，已達(dá)到本機(jī)所使用的目的;

2.傳動(dòng)連接部分:本機(jī)采用擺線針輪減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)工作，其主機(jī)工作部分均采用尼龍柱銷是傳動(dòng)連接器相齒和傳遞驅(qū)動(dòng)，方便組裝與維修;

3.攪拌工作部分:由傳動(dòng)輪通過(guò)柱銷聯(lián)軸器傳至主軸。將物料在攪拌室內(nèi)均勻的翻轉(zhuǎn)，使物料能得到充分的混合，從而大大的減少了物料的殘留量

Main structure:

2.      Transmission connection part: the machine adopts cycloid reducer to drive the spindle to rotate. The working part of the main machine adopts nylon pillar pin as the phase tooth and transfer drive of transmission connector, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.

3.       Mixing work part: from the drive wheel through the pin coupling to the main shaft. The material is evenly turned in the mixing room, so that the material can be fully mixed, thus greatly reducing the amount of material residue
